These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the online service booking portal operated by K.S. Kyprianou Moto Warehouse Ltd ("Motowarehouse", "we", "us") at bookings.motowarehouse.com.cy.
By submitting a booking request through this portal, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. Use of this portal is intended for persons aged 18 years or over. By submitting a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
1. About This Service
This portal allows customers to request service appointments for their CFMOTO and SYM vehicles at the Motowarehouse workshop, 40 Athinon Street, Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. Motowarehouse is the official importer of CFMOTO and SYM vehicles in Cyprus.
Available service types:
- Oil Change — engine oil and filter replacement
- Small Service — standard scheduled maintenance
- Big Service — full scheduled maintenance and inspection
This portal is for the above service types only. For accident repairs, warranty claims, or other workshop work, contact us directly at info@motowarehouse.com.cy or call 22 328 788.
2. Booking Process
Submitting a request through this portal does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. The process works as follows:
- You complete the booking form and verify your phone number
- Your request is reviewed by the Motowarehouse team
- We will either confirm your appointment by email/SMS or contact you to arrange an alternative date
- Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from us
We aim to respond to all requests within one business day during our normal opening hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Cyprus). Response times during peak periods or around public holidays may be longer.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information — name, contact details, vehicle licence plate, model, and year
- Arrive at the agreed appointment time with your vehicle
- Notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
By Motowarehouse: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.
By You: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time by calling 22 328 788.
5. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your confirmed appointment without prior notice, your booking will be recorded as a no-show. Customers with a history of no-shows may, at our discretion, have future booking requests deprioritised.
6. Pending Bookings
If a booking request is submitted but not confirmed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), the request may expire automatically. You will be notified by email or SMS and are welcome to submit a new request.
7. Vehicle Condition and Liability
Motowarehouse will take reasonable care of your vehicle while on our premises. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or mechanical issues unrelated to the service performed
- Damage caused by issues not detectable during a standard service
- Personal items left in or on the vehicle
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service performed.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Cypriot consumer protection law.
8. Parts and Pricing
All parts used in Motowarehouse services are 100% genuine original parts (CFMOTO or SYM as appropriate). We do not use aftermarket or third-party components unless expressly agreed in writing with the customer.
Service pricing is not quoted through this portal. The price for your service will be communicated to you upon appointment confirmation. Once a price has been confirmed to you, that confirmed price will be honoured for your appointment. We reserve the right to adjust unconfirmed pricing at any time.
Payment is due upon completion of the service at our workshop. We do not accept advance payments through this portal.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable EU consumer protection regulations, including rights in relation to services not carried out with reasonable care and skill.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this portal is the property of K.S. Kyprianou Moto Warehouse Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent.
11. Portal Availability
We aim to keep this portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or technical issues.
12. Force Majeure
Motowarehouse shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or pandemics. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative appointment as soon as reasonably practicable.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. For minor changes, the revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users before the changes take effect.
